Sunday's Picks

OK. After a wonderful 2-0 college Saturday, I'm feeling ballsy today. I am flying back to Miami this afternoon/night so I wont be able to watch the afternoon/night games therefore I dont bet on games I cant watch. So here are my 1:00 picks:

I am teasing the Skins and the Packers. So I got the skins (+7 1/2) at the G-men and GB (+15 1/2) at Cincy.

I also took the Cardinals with the points (+9 1/2) at Dallas.

So Im taking 3 road teams which scares me, but as I said. Im being ballsy today.

NFL Season Record: 2-0
Overall Blog Record: 4-2

Perfect Day

2-0 Today Baby!! Thanks to Ohio States 4th quarter surge and UNC giving up in the second half.
I find it real odd that Im not 2-0 in college football since i began playing. I'm 2-0 in the NFL, but Im 0-2 in baseball. DAMN IT Astros. You killed me.

Well anyway it was awesome to see some high school friends today I hadn't seen in a while. I wish we were closer, but hey thats life.

Also, I learned today that Im getting married to my friend Laura in 7 yearare invits. She is catholic and Im Jewish but we are going to make it work and have a huge wedding reception at Shaq's house in Miami Beach. All are invited

Saturday Picks

I love electricity. I can actually place my picks this morning. I took Milo's advice and went with Ohio State. I liked that pick. I think OSU has had a rough road so far losing to only Penn State and Texas and they need some BCS votes so they will be going for the show off win today.

I also took the Over in the Miami/UNC game (44). You might think Im crazy because this game will be over in the 2nd quarter but here is my reasoning. I live in Miami now and I know what it is like down there these days. Miami is going to be soo pumped up to play they might score the 44 points alone for me by halftime. My prediction, Miami 45, UNC 7.

Check back later for more picks.

Happy College Football Watching to all!!

So currently I am writing this from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. It is the only place I have gotten real internet access (besides work) since the storm. I am withoutpower (obviously) and will be until possibly Nov. 22.

Sucks to be me. I missed the most important day every year, the end of the World Series. It is the last chance I get to watch baseball for 4 months and that depresses me that I missed it. F YOU WILMA!!

I am on my way home now because of the devestation in South Florida. Going to see mommy and daddy might help get off my mind that I have a power line in my front yard (e-mail me if you want pictures) and that the average time it takes to get gas right now is 6 freakin hours.

Ok enough complaigning. At least Im alive. I'll be sure to post over the weekend while im in Good Ole' OMD (Olney, Maryland).

So I was about to post my fantasy basketball roster now when damn Scott Podsednick just killed my perfect day with his walk-off home run. Damn you White Sox. Or maybe it should be damn you Brad Lidge, who has sucked monkey balls the past few days. He is almost singlehandidly killing the Astros.

Anyway, Wilma just got upgraded to a Category 3 Hurricane so this will most likely be my last post for a while as my power WILL be going out in a few hours.

Here is the Basketball Team Roster:
Gilbert Arenas, Ben Gordon, Shaq, Richard Hamilton, Grant Hill, Chris Bosh, Amare Staudemire, Andrew Bogut, Michael Sweetney, Brendan Haywood, Chucky Atkins, Earl Boykins, Sarunas Jasikevicius.

What do you think?

Hurricane Wilma and the World Series

So its Sunday night and Im patiently awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Wilma. I took Milo's advice today and bet a tease with Indy and Philly and I won. I also won my bet of the under in the Stillers game. 2/2 Today. I never go 2/2.

I took the Astros straight up tonight. Right now it is 2-2 in the 5th so its still anyone's game. We will see what happens.

If you are reading this now say a little prayer for my car. I pray it doesn't get destroyed by Wilma. You know, I used to think Fred's wife was hott. Now I just think she should go away. I did get work off tomorrow, but that just means Ill have to work 12 hour days this whole week.

Also pray for me that Wilma doesnt turn out the lights tomorrow because the J-E-T-S are on MNF and I really want to watch them play. Well thats all for now, I got a fantasy basketball draft in less then an hour that I must prepare for. I'll report back on my draft later.

Saturday Morning

Hurricane Wilma is SUPOSIDLY bearing down on South Florida. Right now it is stuck on the Yucatan Peninsula but everyone here panicked this past Tuesday and cancelled every weekend event possible.

It doesn't bother me. Now I have 2 the weekend off to watch College Football, Pro Football and of course an awesome World Series that doesn't include the Yankees or Red Sox.

Im about to watch College Gameday for the first time since I was there in Pittsburgh on opening weekend. I can't wait. Maybe Pitt will get back to .500 today. It is sooo sad that they can still make a BCS Bowl after losing to Ohio and Rutgers.

I just want to personally thank Matt Milo because of you I did this blog thing. My mom has been getting down my back to put my thoughts online but it took your site to get me off my ass to actually pull this off. Good Work!

That's all for now. GAMEDAY Time!!
